🛍️ Orders & Payments

Q1. How can I place an order?
A: You can easily place your order on our official website dsigne.in. Browse the perfumes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q2. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. All transactions are 100% secure.

Q3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours if it has not been shipped yet. Once shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Q4. What currency are your prices listed in?
A: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q5. Do you ship outside India?
A: Currently, we only ship within India.

Q6. How long will delivery take?
A: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Q7. Which courier partners do you use?
A: We ship via trusted partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC.

Q8. How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that link to check the live delivery status.

Q9. What should I do if I don’t receive my order on time?

💎 Products & Authenticity

Q10. Are your perfumes original and authentic?
A: Yes. All perfumes sold by Dsigne are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell duplicates or imitations.

Q11. How long does a perfume last?
A: The longevity varies depending on your skin type, environment, and how you apply it. On average, most of our perfumes last 5–10 hours.

Q12. How should I store my perfume?
A: Store perfumes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve their quality.


🔁 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Q13. Do you accept returns?
A: We only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Q14. What if I receive a damaged product?
A: Please email us at support@dsigne.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q15. How long will it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
