1. Shipping & Privacy

Is the packaging discreet? Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown boxes or tamper-proof bags with no mention of "Dsigne" or the contents on the outer label. The sender will appear as "DS Warehouse" or our logistics partner’s name.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% Free on all orders across India. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.


2. Product & Quality

Are your products body-safe? Yes. At Dsigne, we only curate products made from premium, medical-grade silicone that is non-porous, phthalate-free, and hypoallergenic. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

How do I clean my products? We recommend cleaning your device before and after every use. Use lukewarm water and a mild, unscented soap or a dedicated anti-bacterial toy cleaner. Ensure the device is completely dry before storing it in a cool, dry place.

Are the products waterproof? Most of our devices are waterproof or water-resistant. Please check the specific product description for the "IPX" rating. We recommend avoiding full submersion for extended periods unless stated otherwise.


3. Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and popular Wallets via our secure payment gateway.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it? Due to strict hygiene and health protocols for intimate wellness products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the factory seal is broken or the product has been handled. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a free replacement within 7 days. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
