At Dsigne, we value your privacy as much as you do. We take great care to ensure that your shopping experience is completely confidential from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. 100% Plain Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers.

  • No Logos: There are no "Dsigne" logos, brand names, or product descriptions on the outside of the package.

  • Standard Materials: We use standard brown, white, or recycled cardboard packaging that looks like any other everyday household delivery.

2. Discreet Return Address

To further protect your privacy, the "Sender" name on the shipping label will not mention sexual wellness or Dsigne.

  • Billing Label: The return address will list our parent shipping entity or a generic name (e.g., "Dsigne Warehouse") to ensure total anonymity.

3. Credit Card Confidentiality

We understand that privacy extends to your bank statements. Your purchase will appear as "DSIGNE STORE" or "SP * DSIGNE" on your credit card or bank statement, rather than a description of the specific items purchased.

4. Secure Delivery

  • Local Pickup: If you prefer not to have the item delivered to your home, we recommend using a local P.O. Box or a "Hold for Pickup" service at your local courier office.
