At Dsigne, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our customers. Because we specialize in intimate wellness products, our return policy is designed to protect the health and well-being of all our users.

1. Hygiene & Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened, handled, or used.

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are in their original, factory-sealed, and untampered packaging.

  • Once the seal is broken, the item is considered "used" for hygiene reasons and is no longer eligible for return.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if it was damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Reporting Window: Please report defects within 7 days of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: Email us at dsigne2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for an unopened item:

  1. Contact our support team at dsigne2026@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions to our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Dsigne will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind (Unopened): The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card statement.
