Shipping & Delivery Policy

Rudra Creation sells professional digital services and service packages. We do not ship physical goods. All deliveries are made electronically to the email address and contact details provided at the time of purchase.

An order confirmation is sent by email immediately after a successful payment. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

A GST-compliant invoice is issued by Rudra Creation (GSTIN 24CLJPK1737N1ZS) for every paid order.

Onboarding for any purchased package begins within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Our team contacts you to collect requirements and confirm a delivery schedule.

• Digital files, templates and downloadable assets: delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
• Audits, strategy documents and reports: delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
• Design, website and campaign packages: delivered in milestones as per the schedule agreed during onboarding, typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope.
• Monthly retainers: service starts within 3 working days and continues through the billing month.

Timelines depend on timely sharing of content, access and approvals from your side. Any delay in inputs shifts the delivery schedule accordingly.

There are no shipping or delivery charges. Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We serve clients across India and internationally. Because delivery is electronic, there is no geographic restriction on fulfilment.
