Terms & Conditions

By accessing dsigne.in, submitting an enquiry or engaging Rudra Creation ("Dsigne", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide digital marketing, design, development, content, automation and related consulting services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for your engagement are defined in the proposal, quotation or agreement issued to you, which forms part of these terms.

Anything not expressly listed in your proposal is considered out of scope and may be quoted separately.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the document, or 15 days where no period is specified. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at prevailing rates.

Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock media, software subscriptions and payment gateway charges are not included in our service fees unless specifically stated.

Projects commence after receipt of the advance payment stated in your proposal. Remaining payments are due at the agreed milestones or, for retainers, in advance of each service month.

Invoices are payable within the due date mentioned on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with overdue payments after prior written notice.

Advertising spend must be funded directly by the client to the respective advertising platform, unless a separate written arrangement exists.

Timely delivery depends on your cooperation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, content, brand assets and approvals within agreed timelines.
• Provide necessary access to accounts, domains, hosting or platforms required for the work.
• Assign a decision-maker who can review and approve deliverables.
• Ensure that all material supplied to us does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

Delays in feedback, content or access will extend project timelines proportionately.

Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds specified in your proposal. Additional revisions, or changes requested after written approval of a stage, may be chargeable.

Deliverables not reviewed within 7 working days of submission may be treated as approved so that project schedules can proceed.

On receipt of full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Working files, unused concepts, internal frameworks, processes and pre-existing tools remain our property.

Third-party assets such as fonts, stock images, themes and plugins remain subject to their own licences, which are passed on to you as permitted.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing material.

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, budget and your own sales process. We commit to professional effort, transparency and adherence to agreed process.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, sales figures, revenue or return on ad spend. Any projections shared are estimates based on available data and are not contractual commitments.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers and payment gateways. We are not responsible for changes in their policies, pricing, downtime, account suspensions or algorithm updates. Compliance with each platform's policies remains a shared responsibility.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding three months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the notice period stated in the proposal or in our Cancellation Policy. On termination, fees for work completed up to the effective date remain payable.

We may suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or requests to perform unlawful or platform-violating activity.

Content on dsigne.in is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our content, designs or branding without written permission. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
